Our Team

J. K. Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants, was formed in the year 1990.

Our dedicated team comprises competent people with extensive knowledge and experience. Our professionalism and expertise help us to service our clients to their satisfaction. The key members of our firm are:

1. Mr. Jitender Kumar Jain
He has completed his B.Com.(Hons.) from Delhi University in the year 1986. After completing his graduation, he joined M/S B.R. Maheshwari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Connaught Place, New Delhi, as a C A Article and completed audits of various public sector banks & undertakings. After that, he joined American Express Bank, Connaught Place, New Delhi as Industrial Trainee. He completed his CA on 12-01-1990. Since then he is in full-time practice. He is mainly looking after the Audits & Project Related works of the clients. His major strength is his problem-solving attitude & quick & satisfactory client service. His academic achievements include the Compilation of a book on the Wealth Tax Act and being a Member of the Advisory Board of 'Chartered Accountants Practice Journal' a monthly magazine. He is also a Director in a business organization. He has also served as a Director in Jain Co-op Bank Ltd., Darya Ganj, New Delhi. He has also been associated as a treasurer in Rishabh Jain Shiksha Samiti and as vice president in Shri Mahavir Sewa Sangh.

2. CA. Vaibhav Jain
Mr. Vaibhav Kumar Jain has completed his B.Com (Hons) and M.Com (F & T). He became a Chartered Accountant in the year 2015. He is mainly looking after the Audit and Direct Tax Division of the firm and Bank Audits. He has also completed a certificate course(S) on concurrent Audit, GST, and FAFD, conducted by ICAI.

3. CA. Ayush Gupta
Mr. Ayush Gupta has completed his B.Com. He became a Chartered Accountant in the year 2015. He is mainly looking after the Indirect Tax Division of the firm and Company Law Matters.

Staff Strength:

The major strength of the firm is the staff who provides sincere, target-oriented and satisfactory services. The staff consists of the following :

1. Mr. Vishal Gola has been working as Manager in our firm for the last 25 years. He is handling various accounts and Client Relationships for the last 20 years.
2. Mrs. Neelam Arora has worked as Manager in the renowned groups ‘TAXMAN’ & ‘MASHBRA’. She has 25 years of experience in handling General Management and Client Relationship.
3. Mr. Lokesh Jain has an experience of more than 2 decades. He is well-versed in the financial requirement/needs of the business community and how to fulfill the same. He is mainly looking after the Financial Services of the clients.
4. Mr. Naman Jain, has successfully completed his articles from our firm. He is looking after major audit clients of the firm.
5. Mr. Prahlad is assisting in the finalization of the Audit and Taxation.
